Limited analytics may collect general device and site-use information after a visitor interacts with the site.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate inspections, prepare estimates, operate storm-alert and priority-registration services, communicate about an inquiry when you have opted in, operate the website and understand site performance. Blackstone does not sell personal information or share it for unrelated third-party marketing.
Text-message consent
Where a form offers text messages, its consent checkbox starts unchecked, is optional and is not a condition of receiving roofing services. If you select the Monsoon Priority Registration checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Blackstone Roofing Group about storm alerts, roofing service updates and priority inspection follow-up at the number provided. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Submitting a phone number without selecting that checkbox does not provide text-message consent.
Service providers and platform forms
Website form, estimate, registration and chat submissions may be processed through HighLevel, LeadConnector, Meta when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form, and the website’s hosting provider to create and manage the related contact or conversation. Those systems may receive the information you choose to submit, the page or form where the request was made and standard technical information needed to operate the service.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
Google Tag Manager may load website measurement and advertising tags configured by Blackstone Roofing Group to understand website use and measure campaign performance. The website’s custom tracking events exclude form-entered names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, messages and ZIP codes. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable the site’s Tag Manager loader. Necessary site functions may still use limited browser storage to preserve requested form progress.
